• All orders are carefully packaged in a jewellery pouch or a jewellery gift box, made with recycled materials, and wrapped in tissue paper with love and care. They are ready for gift-giving for your loved ones or yourself. If you require individual gift box for each item, please leave us a note at checkout, or some of the jewellery may be combined in one box for sustainability.

• Orders will be dispatched within the same working day (order before 2pm UK time).

• UK - Free Royal Mail or Evri tracked delivery service, 2-3 working days. We provide next day delivery for £3.99.

• REST OF THE WORLD - Free Royal Mail International standard service, 5-7 working days.

We want you to love your new jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If something’s not quite right, please let us know and we’ll make things right for you.

How To Return an Unwanted Item:

Reach out to us within 28 days of receiving your package.

We’ll send you all the details on how to send your items back to us.

We aim to refund you within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns within the UK are on us. For our international customers, returns are at your expense.

Return Conditions:

Unworn & Original Packaging: Please ensure all jewellery is returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

Body Piercing Jewellery: Due to hygiene reasons, body piercing jewellery such as earrings & huggies is non-returnable. (We do accept returns on Ear Cuffs)
